Kuala lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi congratulated national men's doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik on their performance at the 2026 Petronas Malaysia Open, attributing it to their determination and discipline.

Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik were defeated 15-21, 21-12, 18-21 by defending champions Kim Won Ho and Seo Seung Jae of South Korea in the final at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil.
