Kuala lumpur: CBH Engineering Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd, has accepted two letters of award from Company A for the development of a landing station at a data centre worth RM130 million.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the contract involves the design, installation, and completion, as well as the supply of materials, for the extension of an existing 275 kV (kiloVolt) Consumer Landing Station at a data centre located in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia.
The contract will be implemented in three phases. Phase 1 is set to commence on December 23, 2025, coinciding with the date of signing the LOA, and is expected to conclude by April 30, 2026. Phases 2 and 3 are planned to be completed within seven months from Company A's written instruction, provided the instruction is issued within the validity period stated in the respective Letters of Award.
CBH Engineering stated that the contract is anticipated to contribute positively to the future earnings, earnings per share, net assets, and gearing of the company throughout the duration of the contract.
