Kulim: A bus driver was injured while 32 passengers escaped unhurt after the vehicle skidded along Jalan Lebuh Kulim Techno City (KTC) near here today. Kulim district police chief Supt Syamsul Sinring reported that the bus, carrying 32 college students, was on its way from Taman KTC 1 to Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) when the incident occurred at 7:30 am.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the bus, driven by a man in his 40s, is believed to have skidded before veering into the opposite lane. The injured driver was promptly taken to Kulim Hospital for medical treatment while all passengers were safely sent back to their college.

Syamsul stated that investigations into the incident are ongoing to determine the exact cause of the skid and ensure the safety of the route for future travel.
