Kuala Lumpur: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query to NationGate Holdings Bhd following the sharp fall in the price of its shares today. At the close today, the counter hit the limit down, as the share price shed 55 sen, or 29.73 per cent, to RM1.30, with 48.85 million shares transacted.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Bursa Malaysia has advised investors to take note of NationGate’s reply to the UMA query. The response will be posted on Bursa Malaysia’s website under the Company Announcements section. This is intended to help investors make informed decisions regarding their investments.

NationGate Holdings Bhd is a provider of electronics manufacturing services, specialising in solutions since 2010. The company’s recent sharp decline in share price has prompted the UMA query to ensure transparency and maintain investor confidence.
