Cyberjaya: Binastra Corporation Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract valued at RM188.53 million from MYT DC3 Sdn Bhd. The contract is for phase 2 of a mechanical and electrical fit-out for a data centre construction project.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the project involves the development of a six-storey data centre and related works on Lot 115120, Jalan Teknologi 2, Cyber 6, Cyberjaya, Mukim Dengkil, Selangor. The construction and property developer made this announcement in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

The company stated that the job is expected to be completed within four months from the commencement date. While the contract will not affect the issued share capital of the company, it is anticipated to positively contribute to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending January 31, 2026, and 2027.
