Bersatu Reveals Candidates for Negeri Sembilan State Election

Seremban: Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) today unveiled its list of 24 candidates for the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election, including two from the United for the Rights of Malaysians Party (Urimai) who will contest under Bersatu's logo. The candidates were announced by Bersatu president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin here.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, nominations are set to take place tomorrow, with early voting scheduled for July 28 and polling on August 1. The list of Bersatu candidates comprises a mix of individuals representing various districts. Notable candidates include Mohd Faizal Fadli Mohd Idrus for N02 Pertang, Nazrul Hisham Abdul Mansor for N03 Sungai Lui, and Muhammad Adib Musa for N04 Klawang.

The lineup also features Sri Sanjeevan Ramakrishnan for N07 Jeram Padang, Datuk V. Saravana Kumar for N10 Nilai, and Datuk Tun Faisal Ismail Aziz for N13 Sikamat. Additionally, two Urimai representatives, Sarawanan Nagayah and Mahendran Ramasamy, will contest under Bersatu's banner for N23 Mambau and N24 Seremban Jaya, respectively.

Bersatu's diverse slate of candidates reflects its strategic approach to contesting the upcoming state election, aiming to secure a significant presence in the Negeri Sembilan state assembly.
