Malaysian National News Agency (Bernama) journalist R. Thivyamalini won the Best Franchise Article award at the Malaysian Franchise 2023 Awards hosted by the Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA) here tonight.

Thivyamalini defeated her colleague Maizatul Jamny Muhammad Rosli and Rajwin Paul Singh from Kre8tif Express. The winning article titled ‘Marrybrown Rangkul Anugerah Francais Terbaik 2022’ was published in December last year.

The award was presented by MFA chairman Datuk Radzali Hassan to the agency’s Commercial Sales Department senior executive Nur Azyyati Ismail.

“Thanks to MFA and Bernama editors for the opportunity and their continuous support,” Thivyamalini said when contacted.

The Malaysian Franchise Awards 2023 was held to recognise those who have contributed to empowering the franchise industry under five main categories namely franchise system, franchisor, franchisee, open and media.
