Sepang: Multi-platinum-selling DJ and producer Martin Garrix will perform live at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC), Sepang, following the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix (GP) in Malaysia 2026 on Oct 4. According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Dutch artist will headline the post-race concert on the final day of the race weekend, scheduled to take place at SIC from Oct 2 to 4, as announced by Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) today. Concert ticket upgrades will be available exclusively to race weekend ticket holders who purchased their tickets by midnight on Sept 7. Ticket holders will be able to upgrade from Sept 8 for US$100 (RM404) per person, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited venue capacity, for the concert at Sepang International Circuit following the race. Upgrade instructions will be sent directly to ticket holders by email. Fans wishing to attend the concert are encouraged to purchase their race weekend tickets before the Sept 7 deadline to take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade. Garrix is among the world's most successful DJs and producers in pop and electronic music, having been ranked number one in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll multiple times and amassed more than one billion streams. The 30-year-old has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, U2, Bebe Rexha, Khalid, Macklemore, and Madonna.
