Port Dickson:AWC Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, Qudotech Sdn Bhd, has signed a subcontract agreement with Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for a hyperscale data centre project valued at RM39.70 million in Bandar Spring Hill, Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the agreement includes the construction and completion of a cold-water system, rainwater harvesting system, water reticulation system, fire hydrant system, and sanitary service, among other tasks.
The subcontract works are set to begin on August 14, 2026, with a completion date of October 22, 2027. These dates are subject to possible extensions or adjustments as outlined in the agreement. The project is expected to have a positive impact on the future earnings and net assets of the AWC Group during the duration of the subcontract works.
