(hereinafter: SG e-Auction) of Singapore, which operates the second-hand luxury goods distribution business in Singapore and the rest of ASEAN, with the aim of expanding its global client network and local distribution in the ASEAN and Oceania regions.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this strategic move is part of AUCNET’s plan to enhance its presence and operations in the ASEAN market. By acquiring SG e-Auction as a 100% subsidiary, AUCNET aims to leverage the joint venture’s existing networks and expertise in the second-hand luxury goods sector, thus facilitating better access to local markets and expanding its client base in both the ASEAN and Oceania regions.

AUCNET’s decision to fully integrate SG e-Auction aligns with its long-term strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for luxury second-hand goods. This acquisition not only strengthens AUCNET’s position in the ASEAN region but also sets a foundation for future growth and expansion into new markets.
