Anwar Ibrahim to Join Campaign Trail in Negeri Sembilan on Wednesday, Confirms Aminuddin

Seremban: Prime Minister and Pakatan Harapan (PH) Chairman Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is set to campaign in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election this Wednesday, announced PH Negeri Sembilan chairman Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun. The Prime Minister's presence is anticipated at several campaign events in Sikamat and Paroi, where he will be joined by party leadership and the election machinery.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Aminuddin stated that Anwar's absence from the PH Negeri Sembilan manifesto launch is not a concern. "We have been informed that he (Anwar) will be present on Wednesday. We will meet in Sikamat and Paroi for a series of major events," Aminuddin told reporters after the manifesto launch. He reassured the public that PH is committed to delivering on its promises as outlined in the manifesto.

Earlier in the day, Aminuddin, who is also contesting the Linggi seat, unveiled the manifesto themed "Negeri Sembilan Kekal Harapan" (Negeri Sembilan Stays With Harapan). The manifesto outlines 10 key commitments focusing on administrative stability, people's well-being, a competitive economy, education, housing, youth development, women and family empowerment, tourism, customary heritage, modern agriculture, strategic infrastructure, and social unity and harmony.

Present at the manifesto launch were DAP Secretary-General and PH candidate for the Chennah seat Anthony Loke, Selangor Menteri Besar and PH election director Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, PKR Secretary-General Datuk Dr Fuziah Salleh, and Amanah Vice-President Datuk Dr Mohd Hatta Md Ramli. Early voting is scheduled for July 28, with polling set for August 1.
