Putrajaya:Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim engaged in a four-eyed meeting with Myanmar President Min Aung Hlaing at the Perdana Putra Complex.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the meeting began with Anwar welcoming Min Aung Hlaing at 9 am, followed by an official welcoming ceremony. The Myanmar President is on a two-day official visit, where the repatriation of Myanmar nationals in Malaysia is a primary issue for discussion.

After their private discussions, the leaders moved on to a broader delegation meeting. Malaysian Cabinet ministers present included Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, Defence Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail, and Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani.
