Putrajaya: Anker Innovations marked a key milestone in its regional expansion with the preview of its first Southeast Asia boutique store in Malaysia, offering a hands-on experience across its ecosystem of consumer technology products.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the boutique store at IOI City Mall brings together ANKER, soundcore, eufy, and eufyMake under one roof, featuring products beyond charging solutions, including audio, smart home, creative technology, as well as mother and baby care offerings. Enhancing the in-store experience, the boutique store features an interactive UV printing zone, enabling customers to personalise selected products with custom design.
The store also integrates a dedicated after-sales service centre, providing convenient and reliable support, and reinforcing ANKER Innovations' commitment to delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer journey. Anker Innovations said the company, which has been operating for over 15 years, offers a product ecosystem spanning from ANKER's fast and reliable charging solutions to soundcore's immersive audio experiences, and eufy's intelligent, user-centric solutions for everyday living, all supported by up to 24-month warranty coverage.
At the boutique store, customers can explore flagship charging products under the ANKER brand, alongside soundcore's audio devices including earbuds, headphones, and speakers equipped with advanced acoustic technologies. The store also features eufy's smart home ecosystem, covering robotic vacuum cleaners, home security systems, and personal care solutions, as well as products tailored for mothers and babies while eufyMake offerings include tools such as 3D printing and digital fabrication solutions aimed at enabling users to create customised designs.
The company said that there would be a series of exclusive promotions during the soft opening from April 25 and the grand opening scheduled for May 24, including tiered discounts, purchase-and-win to win prizes, and special bundles of selected ANKER products, which customers can enjoy. Tiered discounts of 10 per cent off with a minimum spend of RM400 or 15 per cent off with a spend of RM800 (25 April - 24 June). Purchase and Win to win prizes including the C28 Omni Robot Vacuum worth RM2,299 and laptop chargers, with no minimum spend required (25 May - 24 June). Special bundle of selected ANKER products priced from as low as RM5.10 per set (for first 100 customers only, starting 24 May).
