Georgetown: Aneka Jaringan Holdings Bhd's (Aneka) wholly-owned subsidiary, Aneka Jaringan Sdn Bhd (AJSB), has secured a RM31.16 million contract from BYG Architecture Sdn Bhd for the benefit of Exsim Waterfront Sdn Bhd. The newly awarded contract involves substructure works for a serviced apartment project in Georgetown, Penang.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the filing with Bursa Malaysia reveals that the scope of the contract includes temporary works, piling, and pile caps construction. The project is scheduled to commence on December 18, 2025, with an expected completion date of January 17, 2027.

The company anticipates that this contract will have a positive impact on its consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial years ending August 31, 2026, and August 31, 2027.
