The company is also initiating plans for an artificial intelligence infrastructure project in the Hainan Free Trade Port. This project, named the AIFA Silicon Photonics AI Supercomputing Center, aligns with the company's strategic direction, which includes future mergers, acquisitions, and the development of global optical network infrastructure. These changes are contingent upon several conditions, including shareholder approval, regulatory filings, financing, and other requirements.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the initiative seeks to establish the company as a leader in AI infrastructure, capitalizing on the rapid growth of global intelligent computing capacity and the digital economy's expansion.
