Kuala lumpur: Allianz Malaysia Berhad celebrated its 25th anniversary by hosting the Allianz Charity Day at Zoo Negara Malaysia, gathering over 1,000 participants including underprivileged children, employees, and agency volunteers.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the event involved children aged between three and 19 years from 17 welfare homes in the Klang Valley, offering them a chance to visit one of Malaysia's iconic attractions. Allianz Malaysia's employees and volunteers from Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad arranged and funded transportation for the children. They also took part in the "Groom" initiative, which aids in enhancements at Zoo Negara's enrichment centre.
The participants engaged in activities such as cleaning stone benches and clearing grounds to support future development at the centre, aiming to create a better environment for wildlife and visitors.
