Kuala lumpur: Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd will provide flood relief assistance, including a loan moratorium of up to six months, modified repayment options, and fee and charge waivers for customers and businesses affected by the current floods.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the bank announced that applications for the flood relief assistance are now open until December 27. The relief package offers payment relief on all conventional loans and Islamic financing facilities. The bank will also waive fees for the replacement of debit cards, ATM cards, cheque books, and passbooks that were lost or damaged due to the floods.

Customers interested in obtaining more information about the flood relief assistance can do so by contacting customer service at 03-5516 9988 or by speaking directly to the bank’s relationship managers. The bank has stated that it will assess all requests on a case-by-case basis.
