Shanghai: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi today expressed deep appreciation for the sacrifices and service of all Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) personnel in safeguarding the nation's waters.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, in conjunction with the RMN's 92nd anniversary celebration, he described the force as national heroes who remain ever ready to defend the country's maritime security and sovereignty. Ahmad Zahid emphasized the dedication, discipline, and fighting spirit demonstrated by every RMN officer and personnel, noting that these qualities continued to be a source of pride for Malaysians.

He conveyed his well wishes by stating, "Happy 92nd Anniversary. May the RMN continue to be a credible and respected naval force, always ready to defend the sovereignty of the nation, InsyaAllah," in a Facebook post.
