Kuala Lampur:YYForce Inc announced that its Singapore subsidiary, Hong Ye Group Pte Ltd, has been awarded several commercial cleaning and facility services contracts in Singapore, totaling approximately SG$15.96 million, or around US$12.5 million.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, these new contracts are set to commence across October 2026 and will span various durations over approximately three years. The contracts cover multiple properties in Singapore with expected contract values of SG$5.57 million in the first year, SG$5.55 million in the second year, and SG$4.84 million in the third year.

YYForce's CEO, Mike Fu, stated that these multi-year contracts will enhance the company's commercial services business and strengthen Hong Ye Group's business visibility. This expansion aligns with YYForce's strategy of integrating technology into its services, including AI, automation, and robotics, aiming to improve workforce deployment and operational efficiency.

In the first half of 2026, YYForce reported an 11.1% increase in integrated facility management revenue, reaching approximately US$16.06 million. This growth was driven by new contract wins, project renewals, and contributions from acquisitions made in 2025, solidifying Hong Ye Group's role in YYForce's operations in Singapore.
