YYForce Shares Trade at Significant Discount to Net Assets

Kuala Lumpur:YYForce Inc has announced that its shares are trading at a significant discount compared to its net assets, with its market capitalization amounting to only a tenth of its reported net assets.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the workforce solutions and facility management services provider has estimated its market value at approximately US$2.1 million as of October 30, 2026. This is in stark contrast to the net assets reported at approximately US$21.9 million as of June 30, indicating a discount of about 90.4 percent. The total assets of the company stood at around US$38 million, based on its Form 6-K filing on September 25.

The company has cautioned that these comparisons involve rounded figures from different dates and clarified that book equity does not equate to unrestricted cash, tangible net assets, liquidation proceeds, or an estimate of intrinsic value. YYForce's CEO, Mike Fu, emphasized the importance of the discrepancy between the company's reported book equity and market capitalization, stating that it requires investors' attention. Fu assured that the company is committed to providing clear financial information and executing its commercial strategy.

The CEO also stated that YYForce would assess each investment opportunity based on customer demand, available liquidity, capital requirements, and expected returns. Currently, YYForce is focusing on deploying service robots integrated with hospitality and enterprise workflows. Additionally, the company is developing AI-enabled digital platforms to enhance workforce coordination, shift delivery, and facility operations.

Future commercial progress for YYForce is expected to hinge on factors such as operational execution, customer adoption, and broader market conditions.
