According to BERNAMA News Agency, The expansion aims to consolidate estate administration, on-demand household services, and merchant promotions into a single digital platform. This move introduces new digital revenue opportunities for YYForce, including commissions or service fees from marketplace transactions as well as advertising and promotional income from merchants participating in the platform.
Revenue growth will be influenced by user engagement, the volume of completed transactions, and agreements with service providers and merchants. The 24iFM platform currently offers estate and facility management functions, such as facility bookings, visitor registration, digital forms, payments, and estate communications, all integrated with a growing marketplace for household and property-related services.
Through the Services Marketplace, users can find and book service providers, enabling YYForce to potentially earn commissions or fees from transactions, based on existing commercial agreements. The Lifestyle feature links users with merchants and service providers in sectors like wellness, education, beauty, health, and pet services, offering advertising options like featured placements, sponsored positions, and promotional campaigns.
YYForce plans to gradually increase the variety of service providers, categories, merchants, and commercial offerings on 24iFM, contingent upon market demand and platform adoption.
