Kuala Lumpur: Woodside Energy and PETRONAS, through its subsidiary PETRONAS LNG Ltd (PLL), have signed a non-binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) for the supply of 1 million tonnes per annum of LNG to Malaysia starting in 2028 for a duration of 15 years.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the LNG will be sourced from Woodside’s global portfolio, which may incorporate the recently sanctioned Louisiana LNG project in the United States.
