Klang: Vestland Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd (VRSB) has accepted a letter of award from Golden Armani Sdn Bhd (GASB) to undertake superstructure works for a contract sum of RM135 million.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Vestland announced in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the superstructure works will include a block of nine-storey stratified factory and related facilities in Klang. Vestland, primarily engaged in constructing residential and non-residential buildings through VRSB, outlined that the contract involves the design, approval, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of the superstructure works.

The company stated that the completion of the contract works is scheduled to be 36 months from the commencement date, which GASB will notify later. Vestland also mentioned that this contract is expected to have a positive impact on the group's earnings and net assets throughout its duration.
