Kuala Lumpur: Uni Wall Aps Holdings Bhd’s subsidiary, Uni Wall Facade Sdn Bhd, has received a significant contract from BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd for facade works at Pavilion Damansara Heights. The contract, valued at RM89.64 million, involves comprehensive facade services including design, supply, fabrication, and installation of facade, aluminium, and glazing components.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this contract was officially acknowledged in a filing with Bursa Malaysia. The project is set to begin on April 15, 2025, with a completion timeline of 40 months. Uni Wall emphasized that this contract is anticipated to enhance the group’s future earnings while leaving the company’s share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings unaffected.

The strategic agreement underscores Uni Wall’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality facade solutions and strengthens its presence in the Malaysian construction industry.
