Uni-fuels holdings limited (uni-fuels):uels Holdings Limited (Uni-Fuels), a global provider of marine fuel solutions, reported a 70 per cent increase in revenue to US$263.9 million for the fiscal year ended Dec 31, 2025 (FY2025), driven by growth in its core marine fuel trading business. According to BERNAMA News Agency, Uni-Fuels recorded a net loss of US$1.8 million, compared with a net income of US$0.2 million in 2024, while loss before tax widened to US$1.6 million from income before tax of US$0.3 million, due to higher operating expenses.
Gross profit increased 47 per cent to US$4.7 million, driven primarily by higher sales volumes, although gross profit margin eased to 1.8 per cent from 2.1 per cent, reflecting competitive market conditions and market-share expansion.
In a statement, Uni-Fuels said marine fuel volumes rose 112 per cent year over year to more than 535,000 metric tonnes (MT), while port coverage expanded to 156 locations and working capital increased to US$10.1 million from US$3.7 million, reflecting the company's broader global reach.
The company's strategic developments during the year included expansion through subsidiaries in Dubai, Shanghai, and Limassol; additional capital-raising initiatives; and a three-year marine fuel supply award effective Jan 1, 2026.
For 2026, the company forecast revenue in the range of US$310 million to US$330 million, supported by expanded trading activity and a growing customer base.
