Rich Communications Services (RCS) Business Messaging has become a vital tool for brands to achieve this goal. In Singapore, Twilio’s 2024 Consumer Preferences report highlights that approximately 79% of Singapore consumers are more likely to trust a brand’s communication if it includes a verification badge. Additionally, about 68% of consumers indicate that receiving a branded text message enhances the trustworthiness of a brand.
