Hanoi:Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir, has chosen not to attend the upcoming Conference of Rulers Meeting scheduled from October 13 to 15. His decision is based on the need to concentrate on state matters, particularly the ceremony for appointing the Undang of Jelebu.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Comptroller of the Royal Household of Istana Negeri Sembilan, Datuk Azizi Mohamad Ali, clarified that an invitation is not necessary for attendance at the Conference of Rulers Meeting.

Azizi addressed media reports claiming Tuanku Muhriz had received an invitation, stating that no such invitation is required. Furthermore, Tuanku Muhriz did not receive any letter or invitation from the Sultan of Perak, who is set to chair the meeting, to attend the pre-council meeting.

Azizi emphasized that Istana Negeri Sembilan had not made any prior statements on this matter to any media or parties.
