Kuala lumpur: TSR Capital Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, has clinched a contract worth RM48 million from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of main infrastructure and ancillary works at Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 3. The scope of work includes road and drainage works, sewerage works, water reticulation works and other ancillary works, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2027, TSR Capital said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, TSR Capital executive director Lim Dian Ping stated that the contract reflects the company's commitment to execution excellence and its track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Lim emphasized that this achievement strengthens TSR Capital's strategic position in the property and construction sector. He expressed confidence that the team's expertise, coupled with rigorous project management and safety standards, will ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project at Bandar Bukit Raja, which will contribute positively to the growth and long-term value of TSR Capital.
