Trident and OutDrive GP Join Forces for Sim Racing Thrill at GPSS 2025 in Singapore

Singapore: Trident Digital Tech Pte Ltd (Trident), a Singapore-based company specializing in digital transformation and Web 3.0 activation, has announced a strategic partnership with OutDrive GP Inc, known for its innovations in immersive sim racing. This collaboration aims to deliver an engaging fan experience during the Grand Prix Season Singapore 2025 (GPSS 2025).

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the activation, powered by OutDrive GP, is set to take place at Clarke Quay Fountain Square from September 29 to October 3, aligning with the annual motorsport festivities. This initiative is part of 16 new program partnerships announced by the Singapore Tourism Board for GPSS 2025, designed to enhance fan engagement and visibility throughout the racing season.

Soon Huat Lim, founder, chairman, and CEO of Trident, expressed the company’s enthusiasm about the collaboration with OutDrive GP to introduce advanced sim racing experiences in Singapore. Lim stated, “The GPSS 2025 promises to bring superb experiences, and we are excited to support this key campaign.”

Ashwant Venkatram, founder of OutDrive GP, shared that the company’s goal is to make sim racing accessible to the masses, allowing fans to participate in high-level events and interact with professional drivers. He highlighted the partnership with governments during Formula One Grand Prix weeks to engage fans city-wide, noting that Tridentity plays a crucial role in authenticating participants and enabling personalized experiences.

The GPSS Apex League will include a public sim racing tournament on September 30 and October 1, culminating in a Finals and Exhibition Race on October 2. This final event will feature professional drivers, top sim racers, and key opinion leaders competing against each other.

Trident plans to promote the league through its Tridentity ecosystem, encouraging public registrations via its digital platforms and app. The company will also integrate event details to reach both motorsport enthusiasts and casual fans. Fans interested in participating in the public tournament can register and join the action at Clarke Quay Fountain Square.
