TOURISE Summit 2025 To Shape Future Of Global Tourism


Riyadh: Over 120 global leaders, innovators, and policymakers will gather for the inaugural TOURISE Summit 2025, a major new platform aimed at transforming the trillion-dollar tourism industry through collaboration and innovation. Spanning three days and two main stages, the event will unite governments, businesses, investors, and technology leaders to explore the future of tourism in an era of rapid change and uncertainty.



According to BERNAMA News Agency, TOURISE in a statement said the summit, themed around driving collaboration and shaping the future of global travel, represents more than a conference; it serves as a year-round platform where ideas are transformed into real-world solutions for the industry. Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism and TOURISE Chairman, Ahmed Al-Khateeb, emphasized that the summit brings together public and private sector leaders to generate actionable strategies that advance the tourism sector.



‘TOURISE is a launchpad for groundbreaking ideas and bold solutions that will drive our industry forward. With an extraordinary lineup of speakers, we aim to inspire action and shape a more inclusive, resilient, and future-ready tourism ecosystem,’ he said. Among the prominent speakers are Public Investment Fund (PIF) Saudi Arabia Governor, Yasir Al-Rumayyan; Expedia CEO Ariane Gorin; World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) Interim CEO, Gloria Guevara; United Nations Tourism incoming secretary-general, Shaikha Nasser Al Nowais; and Accor CEO, S©bastien Bazin.



Other notable participants include Amadeus CEO, Luis Maroto; Dubai Airports CEO, Paul Griffiths; European Travel Commission CEO, Eduardo Santander; Miami Mayor, Francis Suarez; and Rixos Hotels founder, Fettah Tamince. The programme will feature high-level dialogues and interactive sessions, including ‘The Next Chapter of Tourism’, a fireside chat with WTTC and UN Tourism leaders, and ‘Digitizing the Expected, Humanizing the Unexpected’, a panel discussion on AI-driven travel experiences.



Additional highlights include an ‘Icon Talk’ by Harvey Goldsmith of Nvisible Productions and a fireside session with Governor Yasir Al-Rumayyan on innovation and long-term economic growth.
