Kuala Lumpur:Toluna has introduced its new AI-native research platform, Toluna Bina, designed to transform questions and ideas into data-driven insights rapidly. Along with this launch, the company unveiled Dynamic Awareness, a feature ensuring their synthetic personas align with real-world developments.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Frederic-Charles Petit, Toluna's Founder and CEO, highlighted that the company's 25 years of expertise in consumer behavior research, combined with AI capabilities, offers a significant edge. Petit emphasized that with Dynamic Awareness, these personas adapt like humans by processing news updates, thereby enabling clients to make more informed and timely decisions.
Toluna Bina integrates into business decision-making processes, working seamlessly with Toluna Start. This integration allows various teams, including marketing and product innovation, to glean critical insights early in their projects, reducing risks and optimizing resource allocation.
Toluna reports that numerous clients across sectors such as FMCG, financial services, ecommerce, and consumer health have tested Toluna Bina over recent months. The platform's agentic system constructs real-time audiences using Toluna Synthetic Personas, backed by extensive first-party data from global survey responses.
In extensive testing across 20 markets, the synthetic personas' results closely mirrored those of real human participants. Toluna Bina is set to begin its rollout in mid-October.
