Kuala lumpur: Thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds are expected to impact Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Johor, and several regions in Terengganu, Pahang, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, and Sarawak until 3 pm today.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) issued a statement identifying the specific areas in Terengganu likely to be affected, including Kuala Nerus, Hulu Terengganu, Kuala Terengganu, and Marang. In Pahang, the adverse weather conditions are predicted to hit Kuantan, Pekan, and Rompin.

In Selangor, the forecasted weather disturbances are expected in areas such as Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Klang, Gombak, Petaling, Kuala Langat, Hulu Langat, and Sepang. Meanwhile, in Negeri Sembilan, Jelebu, Seremban, and Port Dickson are anticipated to experience similar weather conditions.

In Sarawak, the areas expected to be affected include Betong and Mukah, specifically in Daro, Matu, Dalat, and Mukah, as indicated by MetMalaysia’s statement.
