Tengku Hazman Lauds TFC’s Performance In Victory Over DPMM FC

Terengganu: Terengganu FC (TFC) acting head coach Tengku Hazman Raja Hassan praised his team's performance after defeating DPMM FC 1-0 at Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin Stadium (SSMZA) last night. The 48-year-old coach emphasized the players' determination and resilience, highlighting their ability to secure victory despite a rigorous match schedule.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Tengku Hazman expressed that the victory serves as both a catalyst and a source of inspiration for TFC as they prepare for upcoming matches. "I think tonight in terms of play, passing and overall I am satisfied. Even though we only returned from Kuala Lumpur two days ago, the players gave their best performance and high commitment," he stated, acknowledging the players' fatigue yet commending their efforts in securing a second consecutive win.

Tengku Hazman also took the opportunity to commend new import midfielder Panshanbe Ehsoni for his swift adaptation to the team. Meanwhile, DPMM FC coach Jamie McAllister acknowledged his team's defeat but remained content with the players' fighting spirit throughout the match.

McAllister noted that weaknesses in the final attack zone hindered their ability to score despite several opportunities. "I thought we lacked a little bit of quality in the final third of decision-making. We had some good chances in the first half and it was just decision-making or execution that let us down," he explained. Despite this, he expressed satisfaction with the team's overall performance, particularly praising their defensive efforts and the contributions of goalkeeper Haimie.
