Dubai: Tellus Power Globe Holding Limited (‘Tellus Power’ or the ‘Company’), a global provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with BinHendi Holding and Sing Family Enterprise Group (SFE Group). This collaboration aims to establish one of the first EV charger manufacturing companies in the Middle East, with significant support from the UAE Ministry of Investment.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the agreement was officially signed on May 30, 2025, as a strategic response to the burgeoning electric vehicle market and the critical need for enhanced e-mobility infrastructure in the region. The UAE Ministry of Investment has played a crucial role in facilitating this greenfield investment, underscoring its dedication to attracting forward-thinking investments into the UAE. The initiative is also in line with promoting family businesses in UAE markets and reinforcing the nation’s position as a regional hub for advanced manufacturing and sustainable technologies. These sectors are key priorities under the UAE’s National Investment Strategy.
