Kuala lumpur: The LRT Kelana Jaya Line was disrupted during this morning's peak hours after several train units were taken out of service due to technical issues. Rapid KL announced in a Facebook post that the disruption led to longer-than-usual waiting times on the platforms.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, efforts are ongoing to ensure all passengers reach their destinations safely. Rapid KL expressed apologies for the inconvenience and appreciated the patience of commuters impacted by the delays.

Meanwhile, a scan of social media showed many commuters expressing frustration, as the incident occurred on the first working day after the long Chinese New Year holiday.
