Team Rey Young Target MWI Title At EWC 2026

Kuala lumpur: Malaysia's women's Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) team, Team Rey Young, have set their sights on winning the MLBB Women's Invitational (MWI) 2026 at the Esports World Cup (EWC), scheduled to take place in Paris this July. Team coach Divaan Nagaraju, better known as Frost, stated that his players are not merely participating in the prestigious tournament, but are determined to challenge for the championship. According to BERNAMA News Agency, Frost expressed his goal for the team to become champions, emphasizing that their participation is not just for enjoyment. He is focused on taking the players as far as possible and doing the best for both Malaysia and the team. Frost added that targeting the title is realistic, considering the team's unexpected performance during the qualification stage. He believes that heading to Paris, the team will be more prepared, and the players are motivated to win, ensuring they deliver the best result possible. Team Rey Young roamer Chloe Chong, known as Qiiboy , shared her determination to help the team secure the championship. Having previously competed on the same stage in the 2024 edition with a different team, Qiiboy mentioned that her past experience has boosted her confidence to perform at a higher level this time. She emphasized that their focus is now on continuous improvement and raising their level of play.
