Port dickson: Tanco Holdings Bhd’s subsidiaries, Midports Holdings Sdn Bhd (MHSB) and MBINS Ventures Sdn Bhd (MVSB), have secured signed heads of agreement (HoAs) with Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan (Pemerbadanan) (MBINS) to construct a smart AI container port on 72.84 hectares of submerged land in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the agreement allows Tanco and its subsidiaries to collaborate with MBINS on the development and operation of the smart AI container port. This project aims to introduce advanced port infrastructure to Negeri Sembilan.

The initiative is anticipated to boost the economic development of Negeri Sembilan and expand the business operations and revenue streams for Tanco Holdings Bhd. The HoA is set to last for 98 years, starting once the land title is granted by state authorities and transferred to MVSB.
