Pahang: The Sultan of Pahang, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, and the Tengku Ampuan of Pahang, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, extended Teachers' Day greetings to educators in Pahang and across the country. Al-Sultan Abdullah and Tunku Azizah also expressed their appreciation for the contributions, sacrifices, and dedication of teachers who tirelessly educate and shape knowledgeable, well-mannered, and competitive generations for the future of religion, nation, and country.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Their Royal Highnesses further emphasized that teachers are the backbone of human capital development and play a vital role in producing a knowledgeable, principled, and highly patriotic society. Their Royal Highnesses also prayed that all educators are continuously blessed with good health, strength, and divine blessings in carrying out the responsibility of educating the nation's future generations.

Teachers' Day is celebrated annually on May 16, with this year's theme being 'Guru Bitara, Nadi Negara.
