Kuala Terengganu: Sultan Mizan has inaugurated the latest expansion of the Terengganu International Endurance Park (TIEP), a facility renowned for its comprehensive international-standard amenities. The venue boasts a 160-kilometre endurance track, modern stables, a veterinary hospital, training areas, and other supporting facilities.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, TIEP has hosted a total of 84 international-level equestrian tournaments and 30 national-level tournaments, establishing it as the most active and prestigious equestrian sports venue in the region. It has been a significant site for equestrian achievements, including Sultan Mizan’s gold medal victories in both the Individual 80-kilometre Event and the Team Event at the 2017 SEA Games, achievements that have brought pride to Malaysians, particularly the people of Terengganu.

Ahmad Samsuri emphasized that TIEP is not only a venue for competitions but also serves as a training centre for equestrian sports, contributing to the development of many world-class athletes.
