Kuala lumpur: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi today called on the 413,299 candidates of the 2025 Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination to accept their results with an open heart. In a post on his official Facebook page this morning, Ahmad Zahid said the results mark the beginning of a longer journey for every young individual in building their future.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Ahmad Zahid also advised candidates not to forget the contributions and sacrifices of those around them who have been their backbone throughout their studies. He emphasized the importance of expressing gratitude to parents, guardians, family members, and teachers who have continuously supported and guided the students throughout their journey. He noted that the success achieved by the candidates is also the result of the prayers and sacrifices made by these supporters.
Ahmad Zahid further encouraged SPM graduates to make wise decisions regarding their future steps and invited them to explore Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) as a potential career pathway. He expressed confidence that TVET would always provide opportunities for them to build their future.
In a related development, Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek, in a video shared on her social media today, also congratulated all SPM 2025 candidates and described their achievement as the beginning of a broader path towards a brighter future. She urged the students to stay motivated and continue striving to pursue knowledge at higher levels and achieve their dreams.
Fadhlina also took the opportunity to express her highest appreciation and gratitude to all teachers, from primary to secondary schools, for educating the children with dedication, patience, and commitment. A total of 413,299 candidates nationwide are receiving their SPM 2025 examination results today.
