Severe-level Continuous Rain Warning In Johor Until Friday – MetMalaysia

Johor Bahru: The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a severe-level continuous rain warning in Johor until Friday (March 21). MetMalaysia stated that the areas expected to be affected include Kluang, Mersing, Pontian, Kulai, Kota Tinggi, and Johor Bahru.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, an alert-level continuous rain warning has also been issued for Pahang, Johor, and Sabah, extending until Friday. In Pahang, the areas expected to be impacted are Kuantan, Pekan, and Rompin. In Johor, Tangkak, Segamat, Muar, and Batu Pahat are under alert, while Sabah’s affected areas include the west coast regions of Ranau and Kota Belud, Sandakan areas of Telupid, Kinabatangan, Beluran, and Sandakan, as well as Kudat.

Additionally, a similar warning has been released for Sarawak, valid until tomorrow. The regions involved in this warning are Kuching, Serian, Samarahan, Sri Aman, Betong, Sarikei, Sibu, Mukah, Kapit (Song and Kapit), and Bintulu.
