Sabah Polls: Bung Moktar Mobilising Campaign Teams In Small Groups

Kota kinabalu: Sabah Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin announced that his campaign teams will operate in small groups to effectively deliver messages directly to voters. As the candidate for the Lamag state seat, Bung Moktar believes this strategy will ensure that every issue is clearly explained and well-received by local communities.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Bung Moktar emphasized the arrangement of machinery in district voting centres and highlighted the effectiveness of the small group strategy in achieving their targets. He mentioned that large programs would be held occasionally, particularly gatherings involving 1,500 to 2,000 youths in Kinabatangan, as he spoke at the launch of a command centre.

Regarding the six-corner fight for the Lamag seat, Bung Moktar expressed his readiness to face any candidate to ensure continued development in the constituency, describing the contest as one among brothers. He also stressed the importance of cooperation between federal and state governments to ensure continued development and facilitate negotiations on the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

Bung Moktar is set to compete against Johainizamshah Johari of Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS), Salahuddin @Saalahuddin Anoi from Parti Impian Sabah (PIS), Mohd Saifulah Lokman representing Warisan, independent candidate Mohd Ismail Ayob, and Mazlin Madali of Perikatan Nasional in Lamag. The polling day is scheduled for November 29, with early voting set to take place on November 25.
