KOTA KINABALU: Sabah FC’s Malaysia Cup ‘home’ match against PT Athletic FC, originally scheduled to take place at the Likas Stadium on November 27, will now be held at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium, Cheras. This change in venue comes as the Likas Stadium is occupied for the 16th Southeast Asian (SEA) Youth Athletics Championship 2024.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Sabah FC’s general manager Mohd Joh Wid announced that physical tickets for the match would be available for purchase from noon on matchday at the Kuala Lumpur Football Stadium. Additionally, all season pass holders can access the stadium through the main gate. The match is set to kick off at 8.30 pm, and Mohd Joh Wid expressed apologies for any inconvenience caused by the venue change.

He also extended an invitation to all loyal supporters of the team residing in the Peninsula, particularly those in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, to come and support the Rhino Squad. Sabah FC’s first away match in the round of 16 of the Malaysia Cup ag
