Kota Kinabalu: The Sabah government has approved the disbursement of a Special Financial Assistance amounting to RM1,000 to all state civil servants in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Pesta Kaamatan celebrations.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, State Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun announced that the special assistance includes a payment of RM500 each for Aidilfitri and Pesta Kaamatan. The decision was finalized at the state cabinet meeting, with the payments scheduled to be made in time for the celebrations.

Masidi emphasized that the initiative aligns with the state government’s commitment to ensuring the well-being of its civil servants and recognizes their valuable contributions. He expressed hope that the financial aid would motivate civil servants to continue enhancing their service quality for the benefit of the people.
