Maran: The main road in front of the Sri Maranthandavar Temple in Sungai Jerik, Maran, along with the surrounding areas, will be temporarily closed to facilitate the Panguni Uthiram festival. The road closure is set to take place from 4 pm on March 30 until 2 pm on April 1.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, the Maran District Police Headquarters made the announcement via Facebook, advising road users to plan their journeys and utilize alternative routes to avoid congestion. Motorists can still access the main road through Jalan Simpang Bangas, continuing to Jalan Utama and Bandar Jengka.
