Hanoi:RAM Holdings Bhd Julie Ng has been named the acting group chief executive officer (CEO) of RAM Holdings Bhd and RAM Rating Services Bhd executive director, starting October 1, 2026.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, this appointment comes as Chris W.K. Lee retires from his roles as group CEO and executive director of RAM Holdings and RAM Rating, effective September 30, 2026. Lee concludes a 34-year tenure with the company.

Ng will continue her duties as CEO of RAM Ratings, a role she has fulfilled since April 2024, alongside her new responsibilities as acting group CEO. RAM Holdings noted her extensive industry experience, highlighting her over 32 years in the field and her leadership in strategic initiatives within the group. Her expertise spans credit ratings, credit risk management, financial services consultancy, data analytics, and research.
