Kuala lumpur: Radium Development Bhd reported a significant increase in net profit for the third quarter ending September 30, 2025, reaching RM94.24 million, a stark rise from RM4.81 million during the same period last year. The company noted, however, that its revenue had decreased to RM45.06 million from RM48.45 million a year ago.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, Radium Development’s nine-month performance for the financial year ending September 30, 2025, also showed a notable improvement. The property developer posted a higher net profit of RM96.88 million, compared to RM7.25 million in the same period for FY2024. Additionally, the company reported an increase in revenue to RM127.64 million for the nine months of FY2025, up from RM106.62 million previously.
The company attributed its financial performance in both the third quarter and the nine-month period of FY2025 primarily to its ongoing projects, including Suite Canselor, Residensi Desa Timur, and Radium Arena, as stated in a Bursa Malaysia filing. Looking ahead, Radium Development anticipates that its FY2025 performance will continue to be driven by ongoing projects at Residensi Desa Timur, which include the Residensi Wilayah and Suite Apartments components with a combined estimated gross development value of RM1 billion.
The Radium Arena, a newly launched 988-unit Suite Apartment located on Old Klang Road and introduced in FY2024, is also expected to contribute significantly to the group’s performance, with an estimated gross development value of RM506 million. The board expressed cautious optimism regarding the group’s prospects for FY2025, attributing expected performance improvements to steady progress across ongoing development projects.
Radium Development emphasized its commitment to disciplined execution and prudent cost management in an evolving operating environment, aiming to sustain its performance and achieve its financial goals.
