Prime Minister Anwar Reaffirms Commitment to New Initiatives for Malaysian Welfare.

KUALA LUMPUR: The MADANI government has implemented various changes and reforms to protect the welfare of the people and elevate the country to the highest level throughout its two years of governing the country. Following that, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government would continue to work and formulate more initiatives and policies that favour the people.

According to BERNAMA News Agency, Prime Minister Anwar expressed gratitude for the two-year milestone of the MADANI government and reiterated the administration’s dedication to furthering its vision. In a recent Facebook post, he emphasized the importance of continuing to develop initiatives and policies aimed at benefitting the populace, underscoring the government’s ongoing commitment to the country’s welfare.

The Prime Minister also shared an infographic highlighting several significant initiatives undertaken during the second year of the MADANI administration. These initiatives focus on elevating the dignity of the people and the
nation. Among the notable programs is the Rahmah Cash Contribution (STR), which aids 9 million B40 recipients, and the Rahmah Basic Contribution (SARA), providing support to 8.4 million recipients for purchasing essential items at 600 retail stores and supermarkets. Additionally, the People’s Income Initiative (IPR) has positively impacted 4,615 participants from the B40, poor, and hardcore poor groups, helping them to successfully increase their income.
