According to BERNAMA News Agency, the new app aligns with the government’s goal to make public transport a vital component in boosting the country’s tourism sector. This initiative aims to facilitate journey planning for tourists, particularly international visitors. The application features improved navigation and trip planning functions, along with an ‘Explore City’ feature that helps users discover significant locations in the Klang Valley, categorized by tourist landmarks and other points of interest.

Additionally, MyRapid PULSE is crafted to suit modern lifestyles by focusing on connectivity, exploration, lifestyle rewards, and daily convenience, catering specifically to public transport users for both daily commutes and urban exploration. The app introduces a ‘Rewards and Promotions’ feature offering added value through partnerships with selected retail and lifestyle brands, providing users with exclusive offers, including purchase discounts and special promotions.

Prasarana encourages all users to download the updated MyRapid PULSE app from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store to experience its latest travel features and maximize the available offerings.
