KUALA TERENGGANU: Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a teenage girl with disabilities who has been missing since Oct 25. Kuala Terengganu police chief ACP Azli Mohd Noor said Erma Fatima Shamsul Bahari, 17, went missing while having breakfast with her family at a restaurant in Batu Buruk, near here.
According to BERNAMA News Agency, the student of Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Bukit Besar informed her mother she was going to the toilet after finishing her meal, but she did not return, prompting concern from her family after a prolonged wait.
The victim’s parents attempted to locate her in the vicinity but were unable to find her. It was noted that she did not have any communication devices on her, complicating efforts to reach her. Her father subsequently filed a police report the following day, seeking assistance in locating her.
On the day she disappeared, Erma was wearing a long-sleeved shirt and a black headscarf. She is described as approximately 155 cm tall, with fair skin, a
prominent nose, and thin lips. Authorities are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Investigating Officer Inspector Azizul Azizah at 013-4195779.
